These words from the book Man’s Search for Meaning authored by Holocaust survivor, Austrian neurologist and psychiatrist Viktor Frankl changed my life forever. I was deeply moved by the book not least by the fact how humanity can stoop or surge in the darkest of circumstances but because it resonates with an innermost belief of mine about how the soul is really what makes a human being – its all about the attitude.

Over the last 2 decades of her career, she has done and been many things – a prolific business analyst, IT developer, project & program manager, a Bollywood singer and a dance professional, an advocate of animal welfare, a licensed Engineer and Technologist, recipient of scholarships and awards; none of those laurels though define who she is. She is defined by her belief in herself, in people and the good they can do and faith in the fact that humans are social beings and ought to help each other make a better world.

“I am a technology enthusiast and I love to enable people, teams and organisations to bring about synergistic changes by smartly harnessing the power of technology and continuously improving company cultures. Technology is an enabler and it should be used to reduce workloads and make our daily lives efficient and simpler so we can spend more time being with our loved ones and pursuing our Ikigai.”

Tarun has over a decade of experience as an Investment Banking Technology professional. He has been a Senior Program Manager and a prominent member of Agile and Project Management communities of practice. Tarun aspires to combine his passion for life coaching with his drive for improving lives through technology and help people and companies reach their full potential.
